After completing a successful project for a client we have worked with for over 10 years ( HG Property Management ) the owner asked for us to help re-brand a property that was their least successful sub-division. We gladly accepted and worked through our top tier consultation packages to discover all the needs to make this a successful re-brand for the property. We went to visit the location and began with our photo team capturing the essence of the area and the highlights from the model apartments. We sat with our web team to make something phenomenal jump off the screen.
Developed on a wordpress platform we brought in the newly named “Cateleya Shores” with the exceptional logo build from the design team to create something special. We new fast load speeds with mobile optimization would be key for this project being in the real estate industry. At a smart pace we were able to launch the brand new sight and begin the total re-brand online from google all the way down. Implementing new content from blogs to press releases came next and a thorough wipe of all materials from the previous name of the sub-division was up to our reputation management team.
Once all was set online we were in the perfect place to build out the right monthly campaigns to keep a healthy website and online presence for HG Property Management. They have been delighted ever since and we are elated to continue to work with them and all of their online as well as offline needs.
